Return and right of withdrawal
You have the right to change your mind without reason within 14 days. If you have ordered several items at the same time, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify us of this no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the first working day.
For the return to be approved, the product must be of the same standard as when you received it. The customer must pay for the return themselves. You as the customer are responsible for the transport to us, we recommend sending the item(s) with a tracking number so that we can track the shipment should something happen to it en route. Exemption from the right of withdrawal
You do not have the right of cancellation when purchasing goods that have been made to your specifications or that have been given a clear personal touch. It could be, for example, dresses or bras or other items that are tailored to your measurements.
This is how you use the right of withdrawal
You make use of the right of withdrawal by filling in the return form, which you send together with the return package to Handmadedresses, Bispeluelia 9A, 1283 Oslo. Telephone 46 93 19 80 .
You cannot use the right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the item or by not picking it up. The cancellation period has been met if you make use of the cancellation right before the cancellation period expires. You can find the return form HERE .
Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. It is also possible to have the package delivered to your home. This service is available to those who live within a radius of 50 km from Bispeluelia 9A 1286, Oslo and the goods will be transported by car if this option is chosen. If you live within the radius, the option for home delivery will automatically appear.
Home delivery is not available when using the post office's service. The package must then be picked up at the nearest delivery point.
It usually takes 1-4 working days (Monday to Friday) for the order to be sent to it from the time it was placed. Usually the package will be with you within 7 working days. In some cases and during periods with many orders, it may take a few extra days before the order is dispatched. If this is the case, we will contact you.
Dresses and other goods that are made to measure have a delivery time of approx. 4 weeks from the order placed. It may take a little longer in hectic periods, such as e.g. at Christmas time when all transport companies are very busy. In these cases, we will contact you.
Unclaimed packages
If the buyer does not pick up the package that has been ordered, the requirements according to the Right of Cancellation Act have not been met. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of NOK 250 + return shipping of valid orders, to cover our expenses.
In the event of non-payment, the claim will, after prior notice, be sent to debt collection.
Complaint
It is important to us that you feel looked after after you have shopped with us. If there is something wrong with the item, please contact us as soon as possible. Together we will come up with the best way to solve this.
Payment
We use Klarna's payment services. Klarna offers the following, see also terms under each payment option:
Buy now - pay later:
The terms for "Pay later" apply when you buy goods, tickets or services and choose to pay later. When you choose to pay later, we offer you to pay within 14 days from the dispatch of your goods or tickets, or the date of ordered services. Klarna Bank AB ("Klarna") will take over the payment requirement from the store, but the store's terms of purchase will still apply. Klarna will send you payment instructions, so you can pay directly to Klarna. For contact details and more information, you can go to klarna.no.
Costs and fees
We charge an invoice fee of NOK 0 per purchase. If the payment is not registered by the set due date, there will be a reminder fee of NOK 35, as well as late payment interest in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act. If payment is still missed, a debt collection notice is sent with a new reminder fee. The claim is then sent to debt collection and additional costs will be incurred.
Credit check and processing of personal data
If you choose to pay later, Klarna will assess your creditworthiness, and you will then receive an e-mail about this. Klarna processes your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations in this agreement and for additional reasons specified in our Privacy Policy. You can find the privacy statement here or on our website, and by using Klarna's services you confirm that you have read this statement. We process your personal data to, among other things, carry out identification, customer analysis, credit assessments, marketing and business development. We may also transfer your personal data to selected partners (such as credit reference agencies) who may be established outside the EU/EEA. You will find more information about our sharing of your personal data, your rights in relation to this, how you can contact us if you have questions or which authorities you can contact regarding complaints in our Privacy Policy.
Assignment and transfer
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations you have under these Terms. To the extent not already required by law, Klarna may, at any time, assign or transfer these Terms or any right and/or obligation under these Terms, provided that the assignment or transfer is not to your detriment, and does not change your rights or obligations under these Terms.

Direct payment by card
Your financing source will be saved to your Klarna user account until you edit/remove it from your user account or until the user account is deleted. By choosing to store your card details with Klarna, you authorize Klarna to charge this funding source for any subsequent use of Klarna when you make a purchase with us. You will not be charged until you complete a purchase. If your standard card funding source cannot be charged for the purchase, including installment plans or subscriptions, if applicable, you authorize Klarna to attempt to charge your other card funding sources registered to your Klarna user account.

Prices
All prices include 25% VAT and are stated in Norwegian kroner. The total cost of the purchase will appear for the order and include all expenses associated with the purchase.

With us, the delivery time is 8-10 weeks after ordering, but we recommend taking measurements weeks before the dress is to be delivered, as the measurements may differ. We also offer the option to change models and dresses according to your wishes. During the entire process, we will be in good dialogue with you, so that you can give us feedback and changes if necessary.

We understand that changes or adjustments to the design may occur along the way. We will do our best to meet your needs and ensure that the dress is the way you want it. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer and cash, depending on the agreement. We will provide you with detailed information on payment methods and payment plans once you have chosen your dream dress.
